Labor Litigation and Protection of Officials of International Organizations (ILOAT)

Employment relationships within international and intergovernmental organizations (UN, UNESCO, WHO, FAO, Council of Europe, NATO, EPO, CERN, INTERPOL) are governed by autonomous internal laws and are entirely outside the jurisdiction of national labor courts. Due to the jurisdictional immunity enjoyed by these entities, the protection of employees and officials requires specialized defense before arbitration courts and specialized administrative tribunals globally.
