Kristina Pardalos

Kristina is a professional with extensive experience in international, European, and human rights law, as well as commercial and civil law. A graduate of the University of Bologna, she has developed multidisciplinary skills that enable her to successfully handle complex cases both nationally and internationally.

Kristina is currently a lawyer and notary in San Marino, also specializing in San Marino law and international contracts.

She is a member of the Equal Opportunities Authority of the Republic of San Marino, an institutional body responsible for preventing and combating gender-based violence.

Mariella Fiorentino

Mariella Fiorentino has been a qualified lawyer in Italy since 2000. Since 2015, she has been registered in the Special Register of Lawyers authorized to practice before the Supreme Court of Cassation and other higher courts, and since 2024, she has been an Arbitrator at the International Arbitration Chamber. She is an expert in human rights, European law, administrative law, and national civil law, and provides judicial and extrajudicial advice to both private companies and public administrations, particularly in matters relating to public employment. She holds prominent roles at the national and international level, including Vice President of the Human Rights Commission of the Union des Avocats Européens (UAE), based in Luxembourg, a member of the Committee on Foreign Affairs, European Law, Defense, and Local Authorities of the Italian Parliamentary Intergroup “Sviluppo Sud,” and a member of the working groups on administrative law and fundamental rights of the European Law Institute in Vienna.

Francesco Andretta

Francesco Andretta was admitted to practice law in Italy in January 2006 and has been registered in the Special Register of Lawyers authorized to practice before the Supreme Court of Cassation and the Higher Courts since April 2018. He specializes in labor law, European law, and human rights.
With a double degree in Philosophy (Pontifical Gregorian University, Rome, 1995) and Law (Federico II University of Naples, 2001), Francesco also earned an advanced specialization in labor law and industrial relations (University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, 2004), working under the guidance of Professor Marco Biagi. Carmen Barbieri

Carmen Barbieri has been a licensed lawyer in Italy since 2005; since 2020, she has been registered in the Special Register of Lawyers authorized to practice before the Supreme Court of Cassation and other higher courts. She is an expert in human rights, administrative law, and national civil law. Specializing in immigration law, she has been providing assistance to public administrations, including administrative procedures, to non-EU citizens for approximately 17 years. It is precisely in this area, where she has consulted on out-of-court and non-judicial procedures to protect the rights of migrants and vulnerable groups, that she has achieved the best results. Indeed, through her out-of-court support, she has ensured that the relevant administrations comply with the deadlines for completing administrative proceedings, even where these were not regulated by applicable law, requesting numerous substitute interventions from the I.G.A. (General Inspectorate of Administration).
